North Wind Oak Paw Foot Dining Chairs - Set of 8

Exceptional set of 8 Victorian solid tiger Oak North Wind dining chairs. This set consists of 2 arm chairs and 6 side chairs all are solid & tight very nice quality. The top crest rails are finished with large carved North Wind faces scrolling acanthus foliage and egg & tongue border. The backs have outset round fluted columns with carved capitals beside the upholstered backs and under are shaped and carved seat rails. The generous arms are elegantly shaped with carved sides acanthus carved scrolling roll fronts with tapering & fluted posts under. We have had these chairs professionally re upholstered. The chairs are set on carved paw foot below turned & fluted front leg with carved capitals above
