French Louis XIV giltwood bergere chair. The frame is hand built and pencil signed entirely carved with delicate festoons of leaves, flambe finials, a magnificent arabesque crest, floral medalions, bell flowers, gadroon and rope borders ending on spirally fluted legs. The chair has been professionally re upholstered in rich silk fabrics and is with a loose down cusion

    We bought a table from Dennis in late 2010. About a year later, my daughter caused some damage to the table. Dennis thought she might have exacerbated a hairline crack. Dennis drove close to two hours to our house, examined the table, took it to a craftsman to be repaired, and paid for the repair himself. That is a level of service that one rarely sees these days.
