Victorian tiger Oak fireplace surround or mantel. Finished with simplistic decoration overall with egg & tongue border around the bevel mirror. The front posts are outset with acanthus foliate capitals above and set on plinth base block with collar. The mantel shelf is supported by heavy acanthus carved brackets
