Victorian Walnut fireplace surround in good original finish. The mantel having borders of egg & tongue and scrolling foliate carved decoration. The upper open shelf is supported by finely turned posts having acanthus carved top. The mantel face is finished with panels of scrolling foliage and the posts have acanthus carved top are turned and end on plinth base

    We bought a table from Dennis in late 2010. About a year later, my daughter caused some damage to the table. Dennis thought she might have exacerbated a hairline crack. Dennis drove close to two hours to our house, examined the table, took it to a craftsman to be repaired, and paid for the repair himself. That is a level of service that one rarely sees these days.
