I am very pleased with the office chair I purchased. The quality was excellent. It was packagedwith care for shipment and arrived promptly at the bus terminal only 2 miles from home. I havean antique oak desk that the chair pairs up with well.

Rare Signed Onondaga Metal Shops Pipe Stand
Rare Antique 1905 Signed Onondaga Metal Shops hand hammered Copper pipe stand. It is rare to find an example of the work done by the Onondaga Metal Shops of Syracuse NY. The business existed for only one year, 1905. This item is mall but distinguished. The round open body hand hammered out of Copper is meant to hold the used ashes of a pipe and the top with flared hand molded lip. The exterior of the Copper body is overlaid with four full length straps of Brass which is where the brass pipe holders are attached mid-section on the body. The Brass straps are then hand bent at the bottom and are shaped to be the pipe holders resting spot. There are 12 Copper rivets per Brass strap and then the 4 rivets for the four pipe holders. The finish is original and the rich patina has developed a beautiful luster. There looks to have been a couple of repairs at some point to the rivets which look professionally done and not noticeable. The unmistakable OMS mark is on the underside of the Copper body
