Victorian Walnut Griffin Carved Shelf

Victorian Walnut Griffin carved shelf. The wall hung shelf is in beautiful refinished condition. The carving throughout is crisp and well detailed. The top open display shelf is large and finished under on front and sides with a bead carved border. The large panel under is very nice having borders surrounding crisply carved foliage flowers Ribbons C Scrolls Griffin & horn of plenty. Directly under this carved panel is a bottom crest with carved Lions head surmounted by acanthus foliage and tongue & dart border. On either side of the panel supporting the large open shelf above are large S shaped shelf brackets with carved shells and gadroon front borders on both sides and bead carved front edge

We ship to most areas across Canada and throughout the United States. Smaller packages weighing up to 100 LBS we ship by Greyhound Package Express to the closest terminal to your address which is where you will pick up from. For all larger pieces we ship by blanket wrap movers to your address.
